¹⁶ And as for you, lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea, and divide it; then the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. ¹⁷ As for Me, surely, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, so that they shall follow them, and I will be honored through Pharaoh, through all his army, his chariots, and his horsemen. ¹⁸ Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord when I am honored through Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.”
